These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Patriot Hauling & Junk Removal website and services. By booking a service, contacting us, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Patriot Hauling & Junk Removal provides junk removal, hauling, cleanout, recycling, and related services in Salem, Oregon and surrounding areas.

Services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Junk removal

  • Cleanouts (residential & commercial)

  • Appliance removal

  • Furniture removal

  • Construction debris removal

  • Yard debris removal

  • Specialty heavy-item removal (safes, pianos, etc.)

All services are subject to availability and approval.

2. Estimates & Pricing

Estimates may be provided:

  • In person

  • By phone

  • Through photos

  • Through online booking

Final pricing may vary if:

  • Volume differs from estimate

  • Accessibility changes

  • Additional labor is required

  • Special disposal fees apply

Upfront pricing will be provided before work begins.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Cash

  • Check

  • Debit/Credit card

  • Invoice (approved clients only)

Failure to submit payment may result in additional fees or collection action.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled with reasonable notice.

We reserve the right to charge a cancellation or trip fee if:

  • Access to the job site is denied

  • Items are not ready as agreed

  • The customer cancels upon arrival

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate information regarding items

  • Ensure safe access to the property

  • Remove valuables prior to service

  • Disclose hazardous materials

We are not responsible for items left inside furniture, containers, or debris unless clearly communicated in advance.

6. Prohibited & Hazardous Materials

We reserve the right to refuse removal of:

  • Illegal materials

  • Explosives

  • Biohazards

  • Certain chemicals

  • Materials restricted by disposal facilities

Hazardous materials must be disclosed prior to service.

7. Property Damage Disclaimer

We take reasonable care when performing services. However, junk removal involves moving heavy items through tight spaces.

By booking service, you acknowledge:

  • Minor cosmetic scuffs may occur during removal

  • Pre-existing damage is not the responsibility of Patriot Hauling

  • We are not liable for structural weaknesses or unsafe conditions

Customers must notify us immediately if concerns arise during service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Patriot Hauling & Junk Removal shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.

9. Online Booking & Third-Party Platforms

We may use third-party booking platforms (such as Housecall Pro). By booking through these systems, you also agree to their applicable terms and policies.

We are not responsible for technical issues caused by third-party platforms.

10. SMS & Electronic Communication

By providing your phone number or email, you consent to receive service-related communications including:

  • Appointment confirmations

  • Scheduling updates

  • Service notifications

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying “STOP.”

11. Website Use

All website content is the property of Patriot Hauling & Junk Removal and may not be reproduced without permission.

You agree not to misuse this website or attempt unauthorized access to its systems.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Oregon.
