Additional Fees

Certain jobs require extra labor, more difficult access, or special disposal handling. We always discuss any added charges before starting the work.
Job Condition Fees
- Accessibility fee: $25 per yard
- Additional labor: $75 per man-hour
- Dense or heavy materials: $25 per yard
Special Item Charges
- Non-refrigerant appliance: $7
- Refrigerant appliance: $25
